Catherine is responsible for the overall management of Caring Supports and Costello Consultancy, both operational and strategic. This includes strategy, relationship building, budgeting, programs and general support.

With over 25 years' experience within the Disability Industry, our Director truly leads by example and delivers with passion.

I am the Operations Manager at Costello Consultancy. I have been working in the NDIS for 6 years starting off as a Support Worker and working my way up towards Support Coordination and now Operations Manager!. I have a Certificate III in Community and Services and a Diploma in Leadership and Management. I love being able to support my clients and help advocate for them.

I have recently joined the Costello Family. I am extremely passionate about creating a safe, loving and successful workplace. I am striving to achieve to being an Employer of Choice. I have worked in HR for several years, and this role has both my greatest passions.

Community Services has my heart, and learning in the NDIS field has been extremely rewarding.

I’ve been working in the disability field for over 20 years. I have been working with the NDIS since the beginning being an NDIS champion. From the beginning I have worked with clients/participants living with disabilities to achieve their goals and empower them to live their life to the fullest.

I assist with implementing plans, I will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.

I have been working for the company for coming up to 2 years now. Initially I started as Rostering and Admin assistant moving into the Finance and Executive Assistant side for our fabulous director Catherine. The highlight of my job is assisting our workers to enrich the lives of our amazing participants, who's joy brings so much joy to us.

FINANCE MANAGER

Hi I’m Carmen,

I’ve recently joined the companies to manage all things related to Finance including budgets, cashflows and taxes. I’ve been an Accountant for over 20 years and have worked for large accounting firms and recognisable international companies. Joining the Costello & Caring team combines my knowledge of Accounting and my inclination to contribute to community. If I’m not colouring in my spreadsheets, you’ll find me teaching yoga, practicing yoga, or doing something yoga related. I also enjoy permaculture, eating delicious food and walking my cheeky dog, Molly.

PROGRAMS COORDINATOR

Hey I’m Paige,

I have recently joined the Costello Family in 2024, I help run programs that get clients out in the community and help them work on social skills & enjoy their spare time. I have a passion for helping people and making people happy! I love working here at Costello and meeting everyone as they come through.

A fun fact about me is that I competed in gymnastics for 10 years! I enjoy spending time with my friends & family, reading books and exploring the outdoors during the hotter weather.

I am a Support Coordinator at Costello Consultancy. I recently joined the Costello team, but I have been a Support Coordinator for close to two years. After high school, I studied my Diploma in Community Services before I commenced working in NDIS. Working in NDIS is such a rewarding job where I am lucky enough to helps those living with a disability achieve their goals each day.
