Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA):
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is included in NDIS plans at different levels of accessibility (partially accessible, fully accessible, robust). It aims to secure safe and appropriate housing for individuals requiring modifications to live independently in their homes. Modifications may include ramps, grab rails, open showers, and specially designed living spaces. Please note that SDA does not include covering rent cost.
